Securely place the jewelry in its original gift box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely without damage.
Ship the Package
Send the package to our studio address using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check and Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7 business days.
